This is an open plan studio with well-equipped slate gray cabinets, a Corian counter top, closet, shower/tub/ceiling fan, refrigerator, and a table top convection oven/microwave. We pay all your utilities except your cable/internet. The unit has been wired for high speed internet with fiber optic cable. The unit has a high end central HVAC system (so you do not need to install an ugly and noisy window unit or provide supplemental heating). We take your safety and security very seriously. To that end we have installed a fire sprinkler system and smoke alarms that dispatch the fire company. The entrance to the property is via tenant specific secure combination. There is plenty of free municipal parking in the rear of the building. The property is pet friendly but given the size of the unit, we only allow one pet. We charge a pet rent of $40/month and a pet deposit (can be waived based on our questionnaire). We require the first month, last month and one month of deposit to move in. All residents are required to purchase their own rental insurance. We screen all tenants and charge a $50 application fee per adult that we will refund if you qualify and move into the unit. We review the following: previous rental reference and past eviction history, criminal background, personal and professional reference, proof of income and your credit.
