To make things easy, I'll continue to cover all utilities, internet, etc. so this is all included in the rent amount. The building is a luxury elevator building with a doorman/concierge. There's access to parking (extra fee), pool, gym, game room, etc. Typical luxury building stuff. I also have a cleaner that comes over every other week, which will be included in the rent amount.
