The Unit itself is one of the best in the Building (as someone who has lived elsewhere inside Infinity), with a great view of the Gulch. Everyday comes with direct sunlight for 4-6 hours, which means plant lovers can fill their balcony with greenery (as I have). This unit is also very spacious, with a massive open living room / dining area. The new appliances work perfectly and the cabinets provide enough space for everything you bring with you. For those of you that work from home, the office space fits two 'L' shaped desks comfortably, with room for shelves. The master bedroom fits a Queen sized bed easily & the balcony has plenty of room for a set of chairs. I've truly enjoyed every aspect of my stay inside 551 The Apartment Complex itself has plenty of activities, with two community events every month for meeting fellow residents. Individuals that have dogs can find the Gulch Dog Park just two blocks across the street, where several residents of Infinity (and nearby apartments) bring their dogs. Noise is very quiet even during the exciting weekends in Nashville. The Gulch is the place to be in Nashville, a combination of Big City and Small Town. Tons of places to get food and find entertainment from here. Walking distance to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, and the Titans Stadium for music & sports fans. Just across the street is the brand new Rooted store (with a coffee shop at the front) & the, other, new Van Leeuwen Ice Cream shop. L.A. Jackson & the W are just across the street for late night rooftop entertainment. Attached to the building is Bar Louie, numerous shops, and Biscuit Love. Renter is responsible for paying for their Electric, Cable / Internet, and optional Storage or Reserved Parking. Individuals are allowed up to two pets (I have a Dog & enclosed Bearded Dragon) Apartment has spaces that can be reserved by any renter who lives in the building (first level lounge area / rooftop lounge). Every unit gets 1 Parking Space included with their rent (community fee), with 12 spaces for guests (first come first serve), Renter can pay for a reserved parking space. Unit has room for two beds, if an individual wishes to use the den for a separate room. There is a split bathroom with a sink room, toilet room, and another sink room (more than enough room for roommates). Unit doesn't pick up any noise from the train and has easy access to the street through the freight elevator. All leasing with this apartment will be done through Infinity Lofts, I'll be able to provide details & show the apartment off too
