Through the side door off of the driveway, enter into the fully equipped kitchen and coastal living and dining areas. The dining table seats 6 and there is a kitchen island breakfast bar with 3 barstools. The living room is open and airy and has a fireplace, tv, and dvd player. Throughout the home there are wide plank hardwood floors. Down the hallway, through the kitchen there are double doors that open up to bedroom number one with a Double bed. Straight at the end of the kitchen hallway, there is a full sized washer and dryer behind sliding closet doors. On the left of the hallway is a bathroom with a tub and shower. To the right of the kitchen, there is a door with stairs down to a finished basement with seating and family friendly game area. There is a small bar with a mini fridge. On the right side of the lower level there is bedroom number 2 with a double bed. Back up the stairs and through the living room, to the left is a staircase to the second floor. Straight ahead at the top of the stairs there is a bathroom with a tub and shower. To the right of the stairs is bedroom number 3 with two twin beds and a small sitting area. To the left of the stairs is bedroom number 4 with a queen bed, walk in closet and flat screen tv. There are plenty of outside areas to sit and relax. Off of the kitchen, there are sliding glass doors that open to a back patio with outdoor dining at a table with an umbrella and 4 chairs. There is also a gas grill and a fire pit with two Adirondack chairs. Enjoy late afternoon cocktails while the cook in your group grills up dinner. Make sure to use the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water after the beach, a Cape Cod tradition. Not to be missed is the cozy front porch, with colorful seating and twinkling lights. Whether you read a book, sip your favorite beverage, or just relax you will enjoy this very special spot. To confirm a reservation: For reservations made over 60 days awayyou can make 2 payments 50% deposit plus a $125 process fee with reservation and then the final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Master card and Visa for payment. Departure Cleaning and Accidental Damage Protection (up to $1500) are included with your reservation. There are no extra fees.
