The house is located in a nice neighborhood and is a two minute walk from bus stops (94,80,95...ect). The room is located at the back of the house near the back hall door. The owner covers water, landscaping, and ect. Tenant cover utilities (gas, electricity, Internet.) The cost can vary depending on the usage. You can park anywhere, no permit needed. Currently there are two people living in the apartment now, both females. My name is Shekinah (19), I am a medical student and work as assistant teacher, so I am mostly out of the house threw out the day. The other person living with me is Grecia (45), she works at a retail and part-time babysitter. Our last roommate moved out about a month ago (school) and we are looking for a new third roommate.
