This darling getaway offers a large living room area with cathedral ceiling (and a great storage loft), 2 bedrooms & a full bathroom with stack washer/dryer. The kitchen is open to ample dining area. Private deck with outside shower overlooks your yard area where there's also a shed for storage. Each cottage (3 total) responsible for it's own landscaping & maintenance of building. Only costs (shared between owners) are for master insurance policy (see association fee) & any other misc. (occasional) shared expenses. Each has own septic tank but shares leaching area. Each has separate yard area & driveway for parking as well. (Most of the furniture in photos has been removed.)
