Within last 2 years replaced main water line coming into house which significantly increased water pressure. Upgraded electric from fuse to circuit breakers, all outlets replaced. On demand water heater within last 2 years. Bathtub was redone by Bathfitter, glass shower doors, brushed nickel fixtures. Very deep lot in a great village. Neighbors are fantastic! Small wooded section at back of lot to separate property from apartments. Pretty solid house for its age. I need to do some cosmetic painting inside. Outside is cedar shingles. Painted a couple years ago but needs it or siding. Has a small exterior shed with electric. Equipped with electric fence. Pool is older but has an electric outlet (rfi) out in the farther pack part of yard which is handy. Kitchen is huge with a sizable breakfast bar that splits kitchen into kitchen/ eat in dining area. Tons of cupboards/storage in the kitchen. Fireplace in living room that is surrounded on either side with built in bookcases. Washer and dryer are in the basement. Heat is gas, average bill monthly on budget plan is steady at 57.00 monthly.
