This is a private room on the top floor, including its own private bathroom, furnished with a bed, a desk, a mini fridge, and two sizable closet spaces. The open living room/kitchen area is shared on the bottom floor. Utilities (wifi, electricity, gas, water) are NOT included in the rent and split evenly among residents in this household. Located in a convenient neighborhood with an easy walk to Trader Joe's and public transit. Street parking is free and safe. No smoking is allowed. A 25-pound dog would visit here from time to time.
