Every window and door in the house are new with Renewal by Anderson. We have remodeled every bathroom, the kitchen, all flooring replaced more than once, painted every room more than once, new electrical fuse box installed for the entire house, a specific electrical line just for the double oven, all new light fixtures, a new roof was put on a year ago, new furnace and air conditioner added 5 years ago, all landscaping completely redone, completely pulled entire deck off of the house and had a new Trex deck installed, and exterior paint will be done again this spring.in 2021 we remolded the entire lower level of our house. New carpeting, every wall, ceiling, molding, doors and door frames were painted. New door hardware was added. New floor to ceiling wall cabinetry was installed in the family room. In 2023 we just replaced all main level flooring with solid wood floors and solid wood steps leading down to the lower level. New current white molding was also installed. We also had a an entire new kitchen completed. New cabinets, countertops, appliances, sink, garbage disposal, and solid wood floors. Every room in the main level was painted; ceilings, walls, doors, door frames, and molding. New door hardware was installed on every door.
