Garage is not a garage know it has 2 finished rooms, heat/ac ( bathroom coming ) room one our gameroom is 24x30 room tool is my tool room. Last 3-7 years put in a new bedroom after a water leak all new( put a new roof on with 25 or 30 year warranty , we have a 15x30 pool above ground but upgrade it and one end is in ground half way . House has concrete foundation and front deck and big back deck. Also has hurricane straps on it as a extra. Last appraisal was a couple years ago before market went was up and was $192000 decuted I think because of manufactured home to I think 156000 and that was without the two new rooms. Put new floors down also and landscaping . Next year new decks!!
