In 2010 total remodel which included removal of popcorn ceiling throughout and installed crown molding in every room. Removed kitchen pass through window and removed side kitchen wall to open kitchen. This allowed all new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops and brand new stainless steel GE Profile appliances, including a double oven to be installed in the kitchen. New washer and dryer were installed. All floor covering was removed and replace with laminate everywhere but the kitchen and bathroom where imported tile was installed. All lighting has been updated. All new bathroom fixtures have been installed to make the bathroom very spa like.
