It is in a great location close to shopping, transit, Intel and Nike, and includes free access to community clubhouse and playground. Room and Home is fully furnished. The room is the master bedroom with an ensuite bath. Room size is 12ft by 10ft with a large closet, with a bath tub and shower as well as a double vanity. The room also has no shared walls with other housemates' rooms. Room is for single individuals only No pets allowed unfortunately Trash and internet are included in rent Electricity, sewage & water, and gas are split equally among 4 tenants (averages $60/month) Move in costs are monthly rent ($950) plus $950 refundable security deposit Lease options:1 year lease Room is available for showings and rent.
