Tennant understands that landlord occasionally uses the attached store without notice and can be on property to access the store at any time. Landlord can access basement with less than 24 hours' notice to turn water valves. No waterbeds, swimming pool, or trampoline. Any other structures in yard must be approved by landlord (i.e. playground equipment, fire pit, etc.) Tenant will refurbish yard, including seeding, after removal of any approved structure in yard. No rubbish or junk to be stored anywhere on property, including non-registered vehicles. All household trash and rubbish must be disposed of off property at least once a week.
