The two porches have seating for eight guests and a new hot tub on the private covered back porch. A fire pit is located just off of the back porch with a charcoal grill, picnic table and chairs. From the back porch the view is of woods, fields and a pond. THE CHESTNUT The Chestnut is available for sale,may be available for booking but not included in the list price for the property. PROPERTY Additional cabins can be built on the property. There have not been any chemicals or fertilizers applied to the property since 1987.
