There are endless choices of nearby restaurants and shopping if you want to venture out, or you can just stay home and enjoy your private porch and sunroom or go cruising on your golf cart and enjoy the beautiful ocean view and sunsets. This piece of paradise is a great investment amd we truly hate to part with it. We purchased this home with no intentions of ever selling it, but due to my parents health, life has pointed us in a different direction. We worked hard upgrading structural items along with the interior decor and it is fully stocked with many ammenities. The bedding is all very nice, with all mattresses, box springs and pillows in protective coverings. Home comes with ample bedding and linens. The master bedroom is very roomy with a sitting area and oversized walk in closet. All kitchen appliances have been upgraded with the addition of a dishwasher. There is ample storage in the kitchen and dining area, along with a nice beach themed Coffee Bar. All mew plumbing and faucets inside, underneath and outside with the addition of 3 water faucets outdoor, along w a shower/faucet under the carport. The electric box, outlet switches and more than half of the lighting has been upgraded. The back entry, off of the laundry room, has a new stairway built out of durable trex material. The AC and roof are appx 8 to 9 years old and the water heater was replaced in 2023. The home is on a septic tank, which we have had no problems with, but it can easily be converted to the sewer line which is a short distance away from the home, near the road. The back yard is spacious enough for a garage, shed or pool. There is fencing along 1 side and the back of the property for privacy. The land is 50 x 120, 6000 sq ft. Home comes completely furnished. Long and short term rentals are allowed in this area. It has stayed rented during peak seasons bringing in appx $25,000/yr. There are NO HOA fees. The taxes and insurance are much more reasonable on this property than more expensive homes and this home provides anything you need for a wonderful beach getaway.
