The bedroom is in the Northeast corner of the main floor and is approximately 160 square feet. It's hard floor, has an open closet of approximately 14 square feet, and has two windows, one each on the North and East side of the room. The space is shared with other occupants of up to four total rented rooms. It has a main floor and a basement floor with two bedrooms on each floor. Three of the bedrooms are rented out to tenants while the fourth is used by the Landlord who lives on the premises. The Main floor has a bathroom with a large counter space, mirror cabinet, sink, toilet, and full tub and shower; a full kitchen with dining area; and a linen closet. There is a front room (living room) that is currently unavailable for use. The basement floor has a bathroom with a small counter, sink, toilet, and standup shower; laundry machines; large entertainment space; and a utility closet. There are two storage rooms that are currently unavailable for use. The lease is for one year (12 months). Internet is available but is not part of rent as its monthly costs are split evenly between present tenants/Property Manager and is their sole responsibility. Current internet plan: Google Fiber, 2GB plan, $100 monthly. Smokes, alcoholic beverages, and recreational drugs of any kind, and their use in any form are strictly prohibited on any part of the Premises. This prohibition applies to Tenant and any visitors, guests, and other occupants on the Premises. Tenants are responsible for taking out the trash, clean out the lint trap of the dryer after every use, and keeping the the house clean from clutter and filth, particularly the public parts (the rest of the house other than tenant bedrooms), especially the kitchen with regards to food as ants are a factor. The other two renters are good guys. They mostly keep to themselves, but will hangout together and visit, watch TV, etc. They both play video games, both are nerds, and both are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
