Excessive noise or obscene behavior requiring police intervention will incur a $250 penalty, with offenders dismissed without refund. Pets incur a $250 penalty if found in the unit. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the property entrance. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback.
