A $250 penalty applies for unauthorized pets in the unit and a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance. Damage to the property will result in a pro-rated chargeback. Upon checkout, please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door. Penalties will be withdrawn from your booking account. Turn off the AC when opening doors or windows to prevent it from freezing.
