This unit is freshly painted and features stainless steal appliances, hardwood floors, in-unit laundry, personal A/C systems, and on-site parking, as well as nearby regional rail. The space is two blocks from a regional rail train station. There is a lovely urban farm in the backyard that can be viewed from the private balcony. Wifi and utilities will be included in the price of this rental. Renters will be given parking permits for the parking lot in front of the building. There is a no smoking policy within the unit, however, smoking is permitted on the balcony. No pets will be accepted in the unit. First, last and security deposit will be needed to move in. Short-term leases (as low as three months) are also available.
