Granite countertops in kitchen and master . House has faux wood blinds throughout. Large master bath and walk in closet . This is a one story home with a split plan . Garage door openers and a code for the garage to open when you are outdoor. Master on garage side and 2 large bedrooms on the right side . Kitchen, dining and living room makes the center of the home . The laundry room is on the garage side , no washer or dryer at this time . We do allow small dogs under 40 pounds and cats . No more than 2 pets . The tenants are not comfortable showing the home until after they move out . The showings will start June 2 , 2025. We have a gas fireplace and gas range . You are responsible for any gas you use . The amount of gas will be noted by both parties on lease agreement . You are responsible for maintaining the lawn . Water included however we are on a well that serves several houses . If there is an extended power outage , we do have a generator to supply water . Non SMOKING home . Smoke damages goes in the HAVC and coats everything in the house . Plenty of parking with a 2 car garage and (on gravel driveway) . The home is currently occupied . It is advised that the rent is only 1/4 of your monthly income. Proof of income is necessary to view the home . You must pay for background check . We are on a well and septic tank . No flushable wipes are allowed or you will be responsible for paying to clean out septic tank and any repairs . Septic allows for a family of five , not suitable for a larger family .
