Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are prohibited and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property and a $250 penalty for noise levels or obscene behavior requiring a police callout. A $250 penalty applies for having pets in the unit and a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance. Damage to the property will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback.
