We have just had the interior painted in neutral tones and it looks great. Also we just replaced the front porch. We are preparing to install new carpet. If you like this house have your agent call us and maybe you can pick the color!!! This house has a huge 23' X 19" family room plus 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. In lieu of the new carpet we could do an allowance for closing costs.
