Pets accepted on a case by case basis with nonrefundable $300 per pet with maximum of two pets. Tenant is responsible for renters insurance and all utilities, including, but not limited to water and electric. The lease offered will be month-to-month on paper, 30 days notice to vacate by either party. We are however looking for a long-term timely paying tenant. In simple terms - you pay, you stay.
