It is very private, surrounded by forest with a lakefront view. It has brand new carpeting throughout, as well as a new queen size mattress. It comes with full Hookups, 50 amp power, Wi-Fi Internet, water, sewer and garbage/re-cycling included. There is also a washer and dryer available for your use. * Propane, Electricity and Satellite are available but not included.* There is a gas stove, full size fridge with freezer, queen size bed, small flat screen bedroom TV, Couch, coffee maker and microwave. The area is surrounded by forest as well as a yard which is owner maintained. There is area for a personal garden if wanted. Would consider someone who likes to garden for discounted rent. We will go down to $1000. per month if help with gardening/yard work can be negotiated, but must be willing and able to do so. We are located within a few minutes walk of Lake Whatcom Park where you will find miles of trails for all levels of walking and hiking. We have private beach access with a boat launch for those who have canoes, kayaks or a small boat. We are looking for a quiet, working or retired person who is a non-smoker and fully vaccinated with Covid -19 vaccine. No pets.
