It's located within the historic district and quiet after work hours and weekends. There is an expansive area for dog walking and outdoor exercising. The hospital is a few minutes drive away as well as a YMCA, an elementary school and a few churches. Within walking distance is a library, post office, local coffee spot, and a few banks. 2.) The apartment was renovated 4 years ago - (some of the new items include) : electric oven/range with hood exhausting air outside, refrigerator, stackable washer and dryer located in separate room, sink and faucet, sink disposal, toilet, vanity, shower and tub fixtures, hot water heater, The kitchen and bathroom are tiled and the other spaces are carpeted. The carpet is less than 4 years old. NOTE ON TOURS: The apartment will be vacated on August 25th so tours will be scheduled beginning the week of the 29th.
