WE ARE HOPING FOR A SPRING 2020 SEMESTER RENTAL Available for Spring 2020 Semester Charming National Register house about 1-2 miles from Brown University and RISD., located on the East Side of Providence. Off street parking for 2 cars. New washer/dryer. Lovely neighborhood with many fine restaurants,banks, CVS, bakery, liquor store,bus stop, public library and retail shops only two blocks away. There are two working fireplaces and a beehive oven.The patio area is very private. The patio, back of house and side of house are fenced. We will allow one pet (cat or dog). There is an attached ell to house which will provide extra storage and an extra refrigerator. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, cook top stove, microwave, garbage disposal and under counter sink. There is an efficiency apartment attached to back side of house. You very seldom realize anyone is there and they have their own on the other side of the property. The house was part of a large farm when it was built is 1793. Miraculously, it has survived 226 years. We have tried to keep the house deco historically accurate while making sure it is a comfortable, cozy home. We hope to find someone who will love and take care of the house as much as we do. We will have firewood delivered at enters expense if so desired. ( This is a 5 month rental for the Spring 2020 semester. January 2020 to May 2020.) Owner pays electric, snow removal
