The house shares the drive and parking with a 1 br / 1 ba detached (occupied) mother-in-law house at the back of the lot. You would have parking space to park two cars. Located 5 minutes from 100 Oaks / Vandy Mall and its surrounding restaurants. Only 10 to 15 minutes to David Lipscomb University & Belmont University. Very close to I-24, I-440, Briley Pkwy, and I-65. Pets are welcome (no protective breeds or individuals) with monthly $25 pet rent and no additional pet security deposit. The security deposit is same as the rent and the application fee is $40 per adult. Full background/credit /rental/employment check will be done.
