Hunker down in place and use our private beach and waterfront on the Sarasota Intracoastal Waterway. Swim, fish, sunbathe, go shelling, kayaking, bicycling, etc and get a mental health break. We are here for our community as essential service staff needs water therapy, and families need time outside in the sun. This queen studio is cozy but still provides a full kitchen, couch, dining table with two chairs. Out front is your own patio table and chairs with great water views of the Intracoastal. Rentals can still be dropped off for use at the Resort. Grocery delivery available from Publix and Aldies. Free wi-fi and cable tv. Can pay in 4 installments. Deposit covers deep cleaning fee, disinfectant fee and utilities deposit. Day visitors are limited and must be reserved. Guests expect to abide by CDC's social distancing. Pet fees apply if bringing a pet. Bring your own sheets, towels and detergent -- Use our onsite washer and dryer. Staff on site almost every day and reachable by phone.
