Including having the light rail 1 block from us and the bus stop right in front of our building. We can offer weekly and monthly rates - pricing may vary depending on when you are wanting to stay, please contact for further details. Utilities is free of charge, taxes on studio are applicable on stays less than 30 days. Stays 30+ days taxes do fall off. We do accept pets - $50 charge for first 4 days. After that it is $125 flat fee for the rest of your stay. We are also smoke- free but do have a designated area outside. Parking is on own - can find rentals near us for $200/ month. Otherwise, we are located right in front of the bus stop and 1 block from the light rail station.
