Exterior Features: Green house with white trim located on large lot with nice shrubs, bushes and flower plants. This home has nice privacy attributes related provided by foliage along fence line and large shrub row in front yard. Home has a complete 4ft chain linked fenced rear yard with side gate for access to back of lot. Roof is asphalt shingle and appears to be in fair condition; as noted in Interior of home Bedroom#2 has small water spot in ceiling; however roof looks to have decent shingle life left thus maybe patching would be an option to extend roof life without replacement. Shingles and Eves being wooden have some repair and repaint needed and could use gutters installed to improve runoff. Home??s exterior composition is cement shingles over wood slat over wood frame construction which is in rather good condition minus a few minor cracks or couple missing shingles.
