This is the highest unit in the complex with an outstanding view of the city and surrounding hills. It is an end unit which guarantees more privacy. A great jogging and walking trail steps from the door and a soccer field and probably the best sushi and Italian restaurant in town about 300 yards up the street. It does need remodeling, but the price reflects that and this is the time to pick all of the colors and products you want your home. The Reno market is very hot and this is a huge one bedroom condominium in a great location. Prices will only go up. I may consider a short-term lease option for those who want time to remodel this beautiful condo. The outside deck overlooking the pool and the city is 25 feet long and over 5 feet wide. It functions as an additional room about half of the year. I loved it when I lived here.
