    This house was laid out and designed by myself and custom built with my oversight in Jan 2005, it has 4800 square feet of total living space fully finished between the house and the detached garage. The shingles on all the roofs are all 40 year architectural shingles from GP. The House is 3100 sq ft and the garage is 1700 sq ft, both have huge great rooms for entertaining guest and family functions as well as another kitchen and ½ bath outside downstairs in the garage if you wish to have it serve as an in-law suite. As far as utilities I have 3 central HVAC units. One in the garage that handles both floors together, one upstairs in house and one downstairs in the house that can run as a heat pump or switch over to an optional gas pack under the house with a selectable outdoor thermostat. I have Anderson double pane windows throughout the home and the French Door is also Anderson. The house is insulated on the exterior walls with spray in foam to seal all cracks then batten insulation was put behind them to seal the house up tight. I have a Bosch whole house tankless water heater that never lets you go out of hot water no matter how long you run it. I have a spacious kitchen with all Frigidaire stainless steel appliances including double ovens, cooktop, fridge and microwave. The master bath is enormous and has a 6 ft jacuzzi jetted tub with heater, standalone shower, dual sinks, separate makeup vanity and is trimmed with white bead board up to 32 inches. The master bedroom is a generous 15’4” by 16’ with his/her walk-in closets located between the master bedroom and bath. I have floors in the foyer and dining room that are extinct Southern Long Leaf Pine that were salvaged from an old warehouse in Maryland then cutdown re-tongued, re-planed and refinished. The kitchen has granite countertops throughout with an island to serve from also. We also have a large walk in pantry that is one of my favorite features of the house. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms that are almost as big as downstairs they are 15’ by 15’4” both with long full room length walk in closets. The bathroom in between the 2 bedrooms is a Jack and Jill style with a shared tub area with separate sinks, toilets and cabinets in their own private sections. My kids loved their own privacy while growing up. It also has a den in the middle section that served us as a game room. So actually the house has 3 den/entertainment rooms counting the one the pool table is in outside above the garage. Outside I have Porches all around to soak up the view, also has a screened in porch in the back, with another patio outside of the French doors that was built to have a hot tub on. I have a 2 car carport attached to the house and the detached garage has 2 bays of parking as well. I will leave the following items to go with the home if I get asking price or above for an agreed to contract. 1. Briggs & Stratton whole house LP generator, this will run the entire home and garage in the event of a power outage for up to roughly a week 24/7 depending on your gas consumption. 2. 4 camera home security system with recordable hard drive that stores roughly 50 plus days of continuous monitoring. The oldest date drops of each day once full and each new day is recorded. 3. Brunswick Pool table in the room above the garage, it has provided tons of fun for me over the years. 4. Gun safe will be left behind , with a few other additional security features but they will only be disclosed to the new buyer after a contract has been agreed to. **** Again I repeat these 4 items only stay if I get asking price or above.
