The neighborhood is known for it's kindness and sense of community. We often have neighborhood birthday parties. The beach is "Table-rock" and is a very short five minute walk away. We love not having any sidewalks, street lights or curbs, feels very rural, yet still in the city. Not one home is the same, very eclectic. we've been here since 1986.
