Home as a upstair and downstair. It is actually 2 stories, but is listed as one. Large finished basement, garage has been turned into a finished room, but could be converted back. All of the windows and doors are top of the line. Vinyl windows are weather proof and you can clean both the top and bottom from the inside. I am fixing to put down a wood type floor upstrairs.
