We only lease to CSU STUDENTS. Short term leases are available as lease terms are flexible by the semester (Fall Semester and/or Spring Semester, and Summer). ALL utilities are included within rent (WiFi, Water, Electricity, etc). You will be given a free parking pass to park in our apartment parking lots. Pets are not allowed unless you have an ESA form. Smoking is not allowed. CSU STUDENTS ARE ONLY able to lease with Prospect Plaza Apartments.
