Apartment conditions: You will have the furniture shown in the photos in your bedroom, including essential linens. Most furniture are recently purchased. New kitchen appliances, including fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave oven with ventilation fan. Shower with filter. Everything in the common area is shared. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen, bathroom and a shared dining room. I have cleaning robots and love to keep the place nice and clean all the time. Laundry in the basement with coins. No off-street parking. You can get a resident permit for street parking easily. Bikes can be locked in the basement if needed. Location Address is 316 Summit Ave, Brighton, 02135. The location of this apartment is great. 2 minutes walk from wholefoods. A few minutes walk to Green line T stops and restaurants. I usually jog to chestnut hill lake and other parks around here. Close to BU, BC and anywhere you want to go on Green Line. Nice neighborhood and a safe building with locked front door and lobby. Rent and utilities: your rent includes everything other than electricity. WiFi, gas, water and hot water are all included. We only split electricity. An application form will be needed for screening tenants. One month security deposit and last month rent when signing. Starting date flexible. Ending in August 2023.
