You will find yourself wanting to spend more time in the kitchen. The bathroom was one of the most intensive projects I tackled on this home. I completely gutted the old bathroom down to the studs and sub-floor. From there, I moved the plumbing and electrical to accommodate a much more user friendly bathroom. The old window was removed and replaced by a gorgeous, large, safe and private glass block window. A new vanity sink and cabinet was installed, with additional decorative vanity lighting. Recently we redid the back porch. I cannot say enough about this wonderful home. We loved living here before our careers required us to leave Gainesville. There are more amenities listed below.
