Magnolia tree planted in the front yard last summer, the value : fair market value is around 40,000 due to family problems we have to sell to move back to the tulsa area. this house does need some fix up. but we are living in it now. it is a quiet area with older neighbors who help keep a watch full eye out. we have lived here now for 3 and 1/2 years, we would stay but due to our sons car accident we have to move back to tulsa.
