First month rent (may be prorated for partial first month) last month rent and security deposit required on signing lease. There is a $50 deposit required to have a showing, but this deposit is completely refundable upon showing up on time for the showing, no requirement for approval to rent or application to rent, just show up for the showing and the $50 deposit is refunded. No shows will forfeit the deposit amount. The deposit can be paid using Cash App or Zelle.
