Kitchen includes a small table and chairs, pots and pans, and some kitchenware/silverware. You need snow tires and/or a 4x4 vehicle in the winter. Rent includes trash and water. Tenant pays electrical/gas, and internet. Tenant responsible for snow shoveling in winter and weed whacking in spring.
