This Colorado Cabin is set in tall pines. The large back deck overlooks not only the large yard but also the greenbelt. There is not a home to be seen behind this cabin but there are homes on the street to the sides, so you are not alone with the woods where the bears roam.The main area of the cabin has a kitchen, dining and living room all in one big open room with pine cathedral ceilings accented with logs. Down the short hall you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Two of the bedrooms plus the living area all access the back deck. The rock fireplace lights up with gas logs. It is unusual in this mountain town for homes to have central air conditioning but this one does. As a bonus, the furniture can stay so you buy and just bring your clothes and personal items. This cabin is well located for a second home with rental possibilities.
