It is very safe and secure due to its design and location. The right tenants will find it to be a peaceful retreat. All electricity, water, yard service and taxes are included in this price. The tenant is responsible for providing their own internet and phone service if desired. Up to two cats are allowed if they are pre-approved and registered by the landlord in advance. Upon vacating the premise, the tenants are to pay to have the apartment professionally treated for pests. All tenants are to have the apartment and the carpets professionally cleaned upon vacating. If not, our own professional cleaner will do so at the rate of $35 per hour and it will be charged to the tenant.
