There are two barbecues in the pool area but you will also have access to the private one on the patio. The front patio is equipped with a couch, where you can relax after a long day's work, and a barbecue. The room is steps away from a tennis court and 4 pickle ball courts, the pool & jacuzzi (but not just next to them so it is very quiet). This nice and quiet landscaped complex is conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown, 8 minutes from Desert Hospital, and 18 minutes from Eisenhower Hospital. Parking area is off the street. I am the only one living here with my small sweet dog. The complex is gated, well manicured, and quiet. It is very conveniently located 2.3 miles from downtown, where you'll find a large variety of restaurants, shops, the Thursday Street Fair, as well as the PS Art Museum. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway the world's largest rotating tram car, is only 9 miles away/15 minutes for a complete change of scenery and climate. The Palms is located near shopping, parks and golf.
