I unexpectedly got a job out of state. I need someone to cover my lease from February 1 to July 31. The rent is $870/mo. No utilities are included. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom ( with a washer and dryer), a small kitchen ( with a dishwasher), a spacious living room, and a small patio. The landlords are kind and prompt.
