This cute fully furnished home walk out basement apartment has its own entrance around the side from Bethany's (a short term rental)
The apartment has lvp flooring, central heat and air, a newly installed kitchenette with a sink, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker and fridge/freezer and an island for additional prep space. It is a basic kitchen but being on Main St, that means you are walking distance to so many amazing restaurants! My favorite part is the patio, which attaches to the neighbor's home and just has so much charm.
The washer and dryer are in an outbuilding that used to be the outhouse (it hangs over the creek) on that patio. You are welcome to bring your own propane to use the BBQ (there is a gas station in walking distance that sells tanks) and there is just a homey feeling.
If it is a bit chilly during the winter, there is an electric fireplace for ambience and/or warmth as well. Besides the smaller bedroom, there is central heat and air with its own thermostat (which also controls a few rooms upstairs as well).
There is a dining table with 4 chairs, the kitchenette, a smart TV in the living room and smaller ones in the bedrooms in this sweet apartment. The cell service can be spotty, but the WIFI works great but there are a bunch of games to play as well.
The smaller bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed (with a twin trundle), a tallboy dresser, blackout curtains a chest full of games, and books, there is no heating vent or closet in this room.
The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, blackout curtains, dresser, two nightstands with lamps (which you can plug usbs into), and an armoire and a desk (again no closet).
While rentals upstairs are spotty, guests can be a bit noisy, so anyone living here needs to not be bothered when on occasion children are running overhead (for some reason the house upstairs is a racetrack for kids) or guests celebrating birthdays. If you are high strung or always want quiet, this may not the place for you. Again this is usually weekends. Some guests you will never know are there but sometimes guests are coming to celebrate. There are also paranormal investigations that happen at times overnight. But also because of that the side yard must be kept nicely picked up (for those with animals or children especially).

Deposit same as rent. This is most appropriate for a medium term rental. Parking is street parking. Pets are possible for additional fee and pet rent. All utilities are included (any excessive use of water or gas electricity will be billed to tenant so if the bill is more than $500 gas and electricity). This includes internet, cable, water, sewer, trash)

3 months is $2250

Owner pays utilties (gas, electricity, cable, wifi, water, sewer, garbage). Any excessive PG&E gas/electric bills over $500, will be billed to tenants. Street parking only. Approved pets only (no fenced in or large yard- waste must be picked up immediately). No smoking in or near doors or windows (vaping included). Credit check fee $47. Pets ok after approval, with pet rent and deposit.
