We have 13 duplexes for sale. They are all brick. Each unit had water heater converted from gas to electric. All exteriors are brick. My husband is member of LLC that owns these units. He wants to sell all 13 duplexes. Almost all exterior have been repainted. Seller will repair and fascia or soffit wood as needed and repaint any exterior not already painted. Most all wood repairs are complete. Tenants are required to have a job 12 months prior to renting unit. All units have central heat and air. Many floors have been converted to laminate wood.
