Amount of the deposit to be determined based on the size, age, of the pet. Renter needs to make a minimum of three (3) times the amount of the monthly rent. $30,000/annually or $15/hour. This is non-negotiable. Deposit will be kept 'whole' at $850. For example - Renter leaves the screen door unlatched causing the door to get caught in the wind, blown off and destroyed. Cost to have new door installed is $500 (estimate). Renter will need to pay that $500 in order to keep the deposit at $850. Deposit will not go below $850.
