There's a basement for surfboards and such, which also houses the washer/dryer. We will be showing it for the first time on the 7th. It has been remodeled with maple floors, stainless appliances, and painted in a white, lacquer like paint. It's the ideal, cute, white beach house. There are two bedrooms and one bath. Tenant pays their own utilities. We recently installed 300mb fiber optic internet.
