The entire unit is very beautiful, hardwood floors, recently re-modeled, very spacious, and a cook's dream (see pics!). Large, full kitchen, washer/driver in unit, and central air conditioning. Each bedroom for rent is 222 square feet, each with a 6.5 feet wide x 2 feet deep closet. Unit has a Juliet balcony that opens up to FER, to watch the town parades on occasional Sundays. Directly on a bus line to Newark (bus 30) and 15-20 minutes on foot from the Harrison Path Station. Plenty of local stores around, excellent restaurant options, and friendly nightlife with 10-15 minutes on foot. The units are really wonderful and the neighborhood is fantastic. Seeking roommates who are clean and not loud at night. Ideal for grad students and early career professionals. The rent is below market rate: The rent amount is this low because the landlord is not raising it to market rate as long as I renew the existing lease with new roommates. No smoking.
