The property is fully furnished and the photos reflect the unit accurately. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Pets are not allowed. A security deposit of $500 is required at the time of lease signing. This deposit is refundable at the end of the lease term, subject to the condition of the property and fulfillment of all lease terms. The landlord is responsible for major repairs and maintenance. The tenant is responsible for keeping the property in good condition and notifying the landlord of any needed repairs.
